In this pre-article insight, we will explore the theme of "Art & Leadership" and examine how the principles of art can be integrated into leadership to shape a new way of life and a new way of leading.

The leader and the artist thus share the ability to make invisible ideas tangible and invisible truths articulate.

In the same way, it is the task of a leader to create new perspectives, whether through a new business model, a vision for the future, or an innovation strategy. The leader can create meaning and inspire those around them to achieve the impossible. In this sense, leadership becomes a form of art.
